​Shipping costs are calculated after checkout. After orders have been processed, customers will receive an email confirming order and Shipping. Subdue Culture uses Courier Guy to deliver orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Subdue Culture will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by courier delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Product prices will always be visible on the package insert for tax reasons on all international orders.

Once your order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes changes to your delivery address. We strive to process orders swiftly to get your items to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS:
Each Buyer shall be entitled to a return for Products acquired through this Site, subject to the compliance with the terms and restrictions set out below.

All Products may be returned if they are delivered in error or do not match the sample or description of the Products on the Site as at the date of placing an order.

For a successful credit or exchange of your purchase, it's crucial to send the return to the correct address. Ensure that the items are neatly folded or returned in their original packaging, including any attached tags.
